1. How do I schedule an appointment?
Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly via email or phone. Once your session is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details. Payment is due the day of the session. We accept Venmo, Cashapp, Credit Cards, Apple Pay, and Cash

2. Where can I park when visiting Studio 5?
We have a paid parking lot next to Graffiti Alley where you can pay conveniently by scanning the QR code in the lot. If you prefer free parking, 20th Street, which runs alongside the paid lot, offers free parking after 6 PM.

3. What amenities are available at the studio?
Studio 5 is designed with your comfort in mind. We offer:

  • A private bathroom and dressing area

  • A full-length mirror with beauty lighting for outfit adjustments

  • Flavored seltzers to keep you refreshed during your session

4. Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes! All clients are allowed one reschedule per booking. Additional reschedules may be considered on a case-by-case basis and require prior approval.

5. How should I prepare for my session?
We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in. Bring any outfits or props you’d like to use, and feel free to reach out ahead of time with any specific requests.

6. What should I do if I have special requests or accommodations?
We strive to make every session enjoyable and accessible. If you have any special requests or need accommodations, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
